Our Story

Tucked away in the sleepy little town of Matawan, NJ at 106 Main Street is Papa Ganache.

We are a vegan bakery, gluten-free too, offering amazingly delicious treats baked in small batches. Our treats are cholesterol-free, containing no trans fat, dairy, eggs, no preservatives, no animal products, all-natural, and mostly organic.

Papa Ganache is 100% Vegan 100% of the time.

Effective January 1, 2021, Papa Ganache is no longer kosher.

Our Baking Philosophy

We offer numerous gluten-free, soy, and nut-free products, but we are not a nut-free facility and there is always the possibility of cross-contact.

All of our gluten-free products are baked in a dedicated vegan/gluten-free kitchen. Items made with nuts and soy are used on shared equipment.

If you have an inquiring mind and want to know, we sweeten our baked goods with organic, evaporated cane juice and agave nectar.

About the Owner

Lisa Siroti, LCSW, founder of Papa Ganache and the Papa Ganache Project Strengths Development Program, is a private psychotherapist, and an intensive in-home and community therapist. Lisa supports at risk youth and families by providing effective interventions to address their challenges with behaviors and negative symptoms, as well as assisting in the coordination of community resources.

She recognized greatness in the blending of two concepts – vegan baking and a life skills program for kids. As a result, Papa Ganache, and the PGP Strengths Development Program was born.
