Shipping Rules and Pricing
The minimum order for shipping is as follows:
one dozen regular size cupcakes or muffins
one dozen mini cupcakes
one dozen cookies
6 chipwiches
Food Allergies
All of our baked goods are made in the same bakery. Though nuts are not a part of every recipe, trace amounts of nuts or nut oils can be in any of our desserts. We recommend those with nut allergies refrain from eating our products. Our wheat free products are also made in the same bakery and severe allergies or aversions to gluten those people should refrain from eating our products.
Preservatives
All Papa Ganache products are 100% vegan, mostly organic with no preservatives. Our desserts are made by hand, baked to order in small batches. Products that will be shipped will be immediately frozen and shipped in insulated packaging with gel paks. Since we do not use preservatives in our baked goods, they are always best when served sooner than later and at room temperature. Please remove sticks from cupcakes before serving.
Shipping
Papa Ganache ships all of its cupcakes overnight via FedEx. Due to the FedEx shipping schedule, we are unable to ship for arrival on Sundays or Mondays. Rates are based on the shipment weight and distance from the bakery to the destination. We do not ship same day, but will attempt to accommodate your requests. At this time we accept orders every day, however, we only ship on Wednesday and Thursday. Shipping on Friday is available, but for an additional surcharge. The cutoff time for a Wednesday shipment is by Tuesday 2PM EST for orders scheduled to go out the next day. We do not require a signature upon receipt of any shipping order, however, due to the perishable nature of our products, it’s in your best interest and the cupcakes for someone to be present to receive the delivery. Papa Ganache will provide you with a FedEx tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by events or incidents beyond our or our carrier’s control including severe weather conditions and incorrect addresses. Please be sure the shipping address is correct including apartment, floor and unit numbers before completing your order. Papa Ganache ships to physical addresses within the lower 48 states. We do not ship to P.O. (Post Office) Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, and when shipping to college campuses, please include the street address, the student’s name and box number.
